Hi, Iโm Sunny โ๏ธ Iโm a 1-year-old boy with a small 10kg body, short little legs, and a face that always looks like Iโm smiling. People often say I look like a mix between a Shiba Inu and a Welsh Corgi โ and honestly, Iโve heard โso cute!โ more times than I can count. But before I became this happy little Sunny, life was very uncertain for me. I was rescued from a city shelter where I was at risk of euthanasia. I came very close to losing my chance at life, but thankfully, someone gave me another opportunity โ a chance to finally find safety, love, and a real family.
Even after the difficult things Iโve experienced, I still like people very much. When I first meet someone or enter a new environment, I can be a little shy and cautious. Iโm not the type to run straight into your arms right away. But if you give me a little time, speak gently to me, and let me approach at my own pace, Iโll slowly open my heart and quietly come stay by your side. Iโm also very good with other dogs and enjoy having dog friends around me. Because of my calm and gentle personality, I may do especially well in a home with another friendly dog. Iโm more of the quiet follower type than the center-of-attention type โ the kind of dog who softly becomes part of your everyday life before you even realize how attached youโve become.
There is one thing Iโm still learning, though. I get nervous when people suddenly pick me up. If someone lifts me without warning, I may wiggle, whine, or panic a little. I think maybe my body still remembers some scary feelings from the past. But I want you to know something important: Iโm not aggressive at all. Iโm simply saying, โIโm still a little afraid.โ If you respect my pace and help me build trust slowly, I believe I can continue growing more confident over time.
With my tiny body and short legs, Iโve been told Iโm adorable wherever I go. The way I trot toward people makes everyone smile. But my real charm isnโt loud or flashy โ Iโm the kind of dog whose sweetness quietly sneaks into your heart day by day. Most of all, I hope my second chance at life becomes a forever one. I donโt need perfection. I just hope for a family who will wait for me patiently, understand me gently, and love me exactly as I am. Iโve already survived one goodbye. Now Iโm waiting for my forever hello. ๐งก
